UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION:

You will need to add a shipping charge of $3.00 for each CD you are purchasing, and $1.70 for each score or sheet music folio for shipment to the European Union or the United Kingdom to be completed. Once you have calculated the extra postage, go to www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_transaction-run. PayPal will also need the following email address: mcraver@ptmc.net.

AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, ASIA:

You will need to add a shipping charge of US $4.00 for each CD you are purchasing, and $2.00 per score or sheet music folio for shipment to Australia or Japan or Asia to be completed.
