UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION:

You will need to add a shipping charge of $4.00 for each CD you are purchasing, and $2.50 for each score or sheet music folio for shipment to the European Union or the United Kingdom to be completed. AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, ASIA:

You will need to add a shipping charge of US $4.50 for each CD you are purchasing, and $2.50 per score or sheet music folio for shipment to Australia or Japan or Asia to be completed.
