Shipping to Australia or Japan via PayPal
Unfortunately, the link into Paypal from my online store doesn't give the option to add postage or alter the amount -- however if you are registered with PayPal, you can make payment directly at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_transaction-run. You will need to add a shipping charge of US $4.00 for each CD you are purchasing, and $2.00 per sheet music folio for shipment to Australia or Japan to occur. PayPal will also need my email address: mcraver@ptmc.net -- to add this mailing charge. Thanks for your busines and your patience!
